CREME DE MENTHE CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Creme de menthe topping
Smucker's chocolate fudge topping or 3/4 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup

(9x13 pan)

Mix white cake mix according to directions, adding 4 tbsp. creme de menthe syrup. Bake as directed. When cake is lukewarm, spread Smucker's fudge topping over top. If using Hershey's syrup, poke holes in top of cake and pour 3/4 cup syrup over top. Mix 4 tbsp. of creme de menthe syrup with 9 oz. Cool Whip and spread over chocolate topping. Chill until Cool Whip is firm.
