CREME DE MENTHE CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix (new pudding one) 1/2 c. green creme de menthe 1 jar or can Hershey's chocolate Fudge ice cream topping 9 oz. Cool Whip Follow directions on white cake mix. When mixed, add 1/4 cup creme de menthe. Bake in a 9x13x2 inch pan according to directions. Cool and cover with Hershey's chocolate fudge ice cream topping (the whole large can) and refrigerate. Just before serving, put 1/4 cup green creme de menthe into a 9 oz. Cool Whip and frost over the fudge. |
