CREME DE MENTHE PIE 
28 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. creme de menthe syrup
1/3 stick butter
18 Oreo cookies, crushed
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine marshmallows and milk in a double boiler; cook until dissolved. Cool and add creme de menthe. Cool thoroughly. Combine cookies and butter. Mix well. Press into 8 inch pie pan. Fold whipped cream into marshmallow mixture. Pour into pie shell; sprinkle with more crumbs. Chill. A few drops of green food coloring may be added to filling.
