CREME DE MENTHE PIE 
Crush 1 box chocolate wafers; add 1/4 cup melted butter and mix. Line pie plate saving a little for sprinkle on top.

FILLING:

1/4 c. creme de menthe
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar Fluffo marshmallow creme
2 c. heavy whipped cream

Add creme de menthe to marshmallow creme gradually. Add 8 to 9 drops green food coloring, blend in heavy whipped cream. Freeze. Take out 30 minutes ahead of serving.
