3 egg whites 1/8 tsp. salt 6 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch Cook with enough cold water to mix the cornstarch. Make it clear and not thick. Cool. Beat egg whites with salt and sugar until stiff. Add the cornstarch which was cooked. Mix well. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cover pie all over. Brown in preheated 375 degree oven. |
