CHEESY BARBECUED MEATBALLS | |
2 c. Kellogg's corn flakes 2 eggs 1/3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar 1 c. catsup 3/4 c. water 2 tbsp. vinegar 3 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar 1 tbsp. instant onion 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. celery seed 1. Crush corn flakes in medium mixing bowl; add eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well; let stand about 5 minutes. 2. Add ground beef and cheese. Shape into 1 inch meatballs and place in single layer in greased shallow baking pan. 3. Bake at 400 degrees about 10 minutes. 4. For sauce, combine remaining ingredients in large pan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Add meatballs and cook uncovered for 15 minutes. |
