BARBECUED MEATBALLS AND
SPAGHETTI
 
7 to 8 oz. spaghetti
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter
10 1/2 oz. can condensed tomato soup
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix beef with 1 teaspoon salt and the pepper. Form into 1 inch balls. Brown in butter in hot skillet. Combine the next 6 ingredients and the rest of the salt. Add to the meatballs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti. Drain and put on a heated platter. Pour meatballs and sauce around spaghetti. Serve 4 to 6.
