COCONUT MACAROON PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut

Beat sugar, eggs, salt until lemon colored. Add butter, flour, blend well. Add milk, fold in coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
