ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
4 toes garlic
1 med. onion
1/2 c. olive oil
1 lg. can French style green beans
1 lg. can Progresso artichoke hearts, cut into fourths
1/2 c. parsley
1 c. Progresso bread crumbs
1 c. Italian cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Rinse green beans well and add to mixture. Cook for five minutes. Add artichoke hearts and cook for five more minutes, mixing well. Add bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. Place in a covered casserole and cook in oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
