ARTICHOKE MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen artichoke hearts
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 onion
Olive oil
Fresh garlic
Bread crumbs
Seasonings

In oil saute onions. Add artichokes. Add garlic. Saute together. Add mushrooms, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Mix in bread crumbs. It is ready to eat or you can put it in a casserole to warm later or bake a bit.
