ARTICHOKES AND MUSHROOMS 
2 pkgs. frozen artichokes hearts
1 box fresh mushrooms
Grated cheese
Bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Oil

Boil artichoke hearts, peel and slice mushrooms, make a mixture of bread crumbs, grated cheese and salt and pepper (enough to cover 2 layers of artichokes and mushrooms). Make a layer of artichokes and layer mushrooms, cover with bread crumbs mixture, pour oil over on top (so it doesn't dry when cooking). Repeat. Cover and cook approximately 20 to 30 minutes at 350 to 375 degrees.
