ARTICHOKE/MUSHROOM SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 can pitted black olives, drained
1 jar Italian dressing

Mix dressing, artichokes, mushrooms, and olives. Cover dish and marinate in refrigerator, 6-8 hours. Just before serving, shred lettuce and toss with vegetables and dressing.
