BEAN SALAD WITH ARTICHOKES 
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can waxed beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and cut into eighths
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2-3 fresh tomatoes, cut in sm. wedges
1 pkg. Italian salad dry dressing mix and salad seasoning

In a large bowl alternate layers of beans, artichokes, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Sprinkle liberally with salad seasoning. Prepare salad dressing as directed on package. Pour over layered vegetables. Cover and let stand in refrigerator at least 8 hours before serving. Stir occasionally.
