1 (7 oz.) can whole green chilies 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese (shredded) 1/2 lb. Jack cheese (shredded) 2 tbsp. corn oil butter 1 c. Bisquick mix 6 egg whites slightly beaten 1 tbsp. powdered nonfat dry milk 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. nonfat milk 1 tbsp. corn oil Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and tilt to cover bottom of pan. Cut chilies into 1 inch wide strips and lay evenly over butter. Combine the shredded cheese and spread evenly over the chilies. Combine egg whites, corn oil, milk powder, salt, biscuit mix and milk. Mix well using wire whip and pour over cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until a light golden brown. Makes 9 servings. |
