NOEL'S CHRISTMAS CHILI 
1/2 lb. ground sirloin

Brown meat, then add 1/2 package onion soup mix. Stir. Add 1 cup water and simmer 5 minutes.

Add:

1 lg. can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
1 can Brooks Chili hot beans
1 scant tsp. garlic
1 can white northern beans (15 oz.)
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. can (8 1/2 oz.) lima beans

Cook together for 15 minutes on low.

Add:

1 c. cooked rice
1 can corn
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Continue to simmer 20-30 minutes or put in a casserole and bake at 325 degrees. May wish to top with grated Parmesan cheese or Cheddar cheese. Serve with corn bread and assorted pickles. To feed more just add more tomatoes and vegetables.
