OVEN FRIED CHICKEN | |
1 tbsp. butter 2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 1/4 tsp. salt (I use less, about 3/4 tsp.) 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches in pan. Mix the baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn, bake until done, about 15 minutes longer. 6 servings. |
