STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
72 mushrooms
1 1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix
3/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese

Wash mushrooms - pull stems and shop stems and fry with sausage. Drain. Crush stuffing mix with a rolling pin. Mix stem and sausage with stuffing mixture and cheese. Spoon in mix to mushroom caps. Pile high and microwave on high for 3 minutes on a paper towel.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
