WESTERN STYLE BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. dark molasses
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. raisins

Put all ingredients, except raisins in blender and process until smooth. Add raisins and process, using 4 or 5 quick turns. This sauce tastes completely different after the raisins have been added - so don't judge before adding the raisins. It will keep in the refrigerator for about 5 days.
