BARBECUE - STYLE PORK SPARERIBS 
3 lb. pork ribs
1 c. water
1 sm. onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

SAUCE:

1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. molasses
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced, optional

Arrange in a baking dish. Add 1 cup water and onion. Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power, high, for 5 minutes. Micro-cook, covered on 50% power, medium for 15 minutes. Turn and rearrange ribs. Micro-cook, covered, on 50% power for 15-25 minutes, or until tender and no longer pink. Drain off juices. Combine liquids. Stir in salt, pepper, seasoning. Pour over ribs. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 6-8 minutes. Spoon sauce atop after 4 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
