SWISS STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery
1 c. tomato juice

Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper on steak. Pound steak and brown on both sides in oil. Add other ingredients. Cook in Miro-Matic pot for 30 minutes or until steak is tender.

Serves 2.
