BROCCOLI BACON QUICHE 
9" frozen pie crust
3 eggs, beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1/2 c. chopped fresh or frozen onion
1 c. milk or evaporated milk
1/2 c. canned real bacon bits
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush pie crust with some of the beaten eggs and prick crust with fork. Bake 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, in large bowl combine eggs and remaining ingredients, stirring until blended. Remove pie shell from oven, reduce heat to 350 degrees. Pour broccoli mixture into the pie shell. Bake about 40 minutes until firm in the center, 480 calories each serving.
