BROCCOLI-MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust (Pillsbury ready crust)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. fresh broccoli
1/2 container fresh mushrooms (6 oz.)
1/2 onion
4 eggs
2 c. whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of sugar

Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Boil broccoli. Prepare pie crust. Place broccoli, mushrooms, onions and Swiss cheese on the bottom of crust. Beat together 4 eggs, 2 cups whipping cream, salt and pepper to taste. Pour on top of broccoli mixture. Sprinkle dash of sugar over everything. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 300 degrees for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
