BROCCOLI QUICHE 
15 oz. pkg. Pillsbury ready crust

FILLING:

4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
2 c. broccoli flowers, blanched, drained OR
Frozen cut broccoli thawed and drained can also be used
1 c. milk OR half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare crust as per directions on box for filled crust pie. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk or half and half, onion, salt and thyme; set aside. Layer broccoli and cheese in pie crust pan; pour egg mixture over broccoli and cheese; bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until knife near center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes. Serves 6-8.
