CATHEDRAL WINDOWS 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. colored miniature marshmallows
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Additional 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped or flaked coconut

Place marshmallows and coarsely chopped walnuts in a large bowl; set aside. Melt butter and chocolate chips over very low heat; stir to blend. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well. Pour over marshmallows and nuts; stir to coat. Using 12- inch sheets of heavy-duty foil, sprinkle generously with chopped walnuts or flaked coconut. Spoon marshmallow mixture onto this lengthwise on foil to make a 10 x 1-inch roll. Pull up sides of foil to shape into roll and coat mixture with nuts (or coconut, as chosen). Wrap tightly and put into freezer. When ready to serve, slice as a loaf.
