BAH'MI STIR FRY VEGGIES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fine egg noodles
2 slices bacon, cut into sm. pieces
2 pork steaks, cut into sm. pieces
1 sm. onion, diced & 2-3 cloves garlic, diced
6 stalks celery, cut up
2 bunches green onions with leaves, cut up
1 med. head cabbage, chopped fine
Soy sauce to taste, about 1/4 c.
1/2 lb. bean sprouts
Water chestnuts

1. Brown pork and bacon pieces on medium heat.

2. Add yellow onion and garlic; cook until soft.

3. Add diced vegetables and stir fry until cooked (pan may be covered at this time and veggies steamed).

4. Add soy sauce to moisten.

5. Cook noodles as directed on package.

6. Add noodles to veggies in pan and toss carefully.

7. Add more soy sauce if necessary.

8. This dish will keep warm well for buffet parties and also reheats well. Serves 8.
