KIELBASA STIR FRY 
Makes for excellent family dinner with plenty of leftovers!

2 pkgs. Polska Kielbasa (lite or regular)
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb. spaghetti noodles, fettuccine noodles or angel hair (whatever your preference)
Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

Chop up kielbasa in 1/2-inch pieces. Pour 1 tablespoon vegetable oil into wok or skillet. Cook Kielbasa until brown and plump. Chop up onion and green pepper.

When Kielbasa is finished cooking, add chopped onion and green pepper to wok.

Start pot of boiling water. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles when finished.

Add noodles to cooked Kielbasa, onion and green pepper. Add Parmesan cheese and mix up.

Serve and have Parmesan cheese on the side for topping.
