SHAKE AND BAKE FOR CHICKEN OR
FISH
 
2/3 c. dry milk
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 tsp. pepper (opt.)
1/2 tsp. onion powder (opt.)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (opt.)

Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour for chicken, 1/2 hour for fish.
