ICE CREAM CRUNCH PIE 
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (18 oz.) jar hot fudge ice cream topping
1 (1/2 gallon) vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using electric mixer, blend flour, nuts, butter, and brown sugar until crumbly. Transfer to jelly roll pan and bake until light brown, about 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle half of crumb mixture on 9x13 inch baking dish or pan. Spoon ice cream over mixture. Try not to disturb crumb mixture. Drizzle topping over ice cream, then top with remaining crumbs. Cover and freeze until firm.
