BACON-FRIED CORN 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen corn or 1 can corn
6 slices bacon, chopped in 1/2 inch strips
1/4 c. diced green pepper, optional
1/4 c. chopped onion, optional

Fry bacon in large frying pan until lightly browned; pour off bacon grease. Cook and drain frozen corn or drain canned corn. Add corn to bacon in frying pan and stir fry until corn starts to brown. (May add pepper and onion.) Serves 4.
