CORN AND SOUR CREAM WITH BACON 
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can drained whole kernel corn
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. pimento
Chopped parsley

Cook onion in butter until soft. Blend flour, salt, sugar; add sour cream, slowly, stirring to keep smooth. Heat to boiling; add corn, heat through. Fold in 3/4 bacon, peppers and pimento. Put in serving dish. Garnish with remaining bacon and parsley.
