CORN & BACON SOUP 
1 lb. Bacon
1 onion, chopped
2 cans cream corn
1 can evaporated milk

Fry bacon, do not pour out grease. Add onion to grease and cook while you tear bacon in pieces and then add it back to the grease. Add corn and milk and cook until hot. Add hot sauce if desired. Serve with oyster crackers.
