BAR-B-Q PORK 
3 lb. pork
1 lg. bottle catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard seed
Chili powder to taste (optional)

Cook pork until it falls apart. Break apart, trim off all fat. In pot with meat, add catsup, vinegar and other seasonings. Cook slowly for at least 1 hour. (Add water, if needed.) Serve on rolls or bread. May substitute other meats for pork.
