CHICKEN OR TURKEY LEFTOVER
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. cut up chicken or turkey
2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts
1 pkg. frozen peas
1/2 sm. jar pimiento
Chow Mein noodles

Use cooked or leftover chicken or turkey. Chop celery and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Cook peas just a little. Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover with chow mein noodles. Bake 15 minutes longer.

So good! I used Trader Joe's precooked packaged chicken. Instead of peas I used peas and carrots. Chopped green onions instead of pimento. Also, used 1/2 can more soup. I covered it with foil and then removed foil when I added noodles. Really good! Perfect for dinner or a luncheon.
