MICROWAVE FISH 
You can use flounder, cod, orange roughy, perch, catfish fillets or haddock. Arrange fish for the amount of people who will be served in a lightly corn-oiled microwave dish.

In separate skillet saute in 1 1/2 tablespoons corn oil: 1/2 sm. pepper 1/2 rib celery

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
