ORANGE - COCONUT BALLS 
1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers or graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts, finely chopped
1 (4 oz.) can angel flake coconut

Roll crackers; defrost juice. Cream butter and mix with crackers. Add sugar and orange juice alternately, then add nuts. Mixture will be stiff. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour or until easily rolled to small balls, then roll lightly in coconut. (You can freeze these.) Yield over 4 dozen.
