BAKED ZITI 
1 lb. ziti
1 c. Ricotta cheese
16 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 slices Mozzarella cheese

Cook ziti; drain. Put in bowl. Mix Ricotta, grated Mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses into bowl with ziti. Add all but 1 cup of sauce. Mix. Spread 1/2 cup tomato sauce on bottom of pan (13 x 9 inch). Place the ziti mixture over it. Pour remaining sauce on top. Cover with slices of Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over. Cover with tin foil and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until Mozzarella is melted.
