CHEESY BEAN DIP 
2 cans refried beans
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. chopped green onions

Mix beans and taco seasoning; spread in a round 1-quart baking dish. Spread sour cream over beans; top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with chopped spring onions and serve with Tostados.
