CHEESY CHILI DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers
1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Tortilla chips

Spread cream cheese evenly over the bottom of an 8 inch baking dish. Spread chili over cream cheese and top with green chili peppers. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
