ITALIAN CREAM CAKE 
2 pkgs. Stella Dora Anisette Sponge cookies
2 pkgs. vanilla pudding
2 pkgs. chocolate pudding
Rum
1 pt. heavy cream whipped (add sugar and vanilla to taste)
Cherries
13 x 9 x 2 pan

Layer 1 pack of cut cookies in bottom of pan. (Cut cookies in half lengthwise). Drizzle rum over cookies. Pour cooked vanilla pudding over. Layer next pack of cookies over, drizzle rum. Pour chocolate pudding over, cool. Top with whipped cream, decorate with cherries. When cooking pudding use only 3 cups of milk instead of 4.
