2 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® uncooked rice

Mix above ingredients; put in casserole and cover. Bake in oven 350 degrees about 35-40 minutes, until water is absorbed. Meanwhile mix the following: Add raisins last of all. 3 eggs 3 3/4 c. milk (use 1 lg. can evaporated milk & finish out with plain milk) 2 c. sugar (scant) 1 tsp. lemon flavoring 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring Pinch of nutmeg 1/2 c. raisins Cooked rice

Mix all ingredients, adding raisins last. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover with foil after taking from oven.
