MINESTRONE SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) can peas
1 c. carrots
1 c. celery
1 c. onions
1 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 lb. zucchini
3 cans chicken broth
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. alphabet noodles
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans

Cook the peas, carrots, celery, onions, cabbage, zucchini, chicken broth and butter for 20 minutes. Then add remaining ingredients. Cook 15 minutes more.
