HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. hot green peppers, chopped fine, ground in food chopper or blender
3/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped or ground
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle fruit pectin
Green food coloring (sometimes I use red)

Mix first 4 ingredients in saucepan, bring to boil and boil hard 1 minute. Remove from heat and add liquid fruit pectin. Add a few drops food coloring. Put in small jars as it has a tendency to sugar when left open or unsealed for a long time. Sometimes I strain it before putting in jars; most of the time I leave pulp, it is not as pretty but tastes the same.
