VI'S HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. chopped or ground red or green hot peppers
1/2 c. chopped or coarsely ground sweet green pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 bottle liquid pectin

Grind peppers on fine blade of food grinder of food processor. Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar and bring to a brisk boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Add pectin and boil 1 minute.

Remove from heat and let set 5 minutes. Put into hot sterilized jars and seal. Jelly may be strained. Makes 4 pints or 8 (8 ounce) jars. Serve with cream cheese and buttery flavored crackers.
