CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI RICE
CASSEROLE
 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
2 c. chopped fresh broccoli steamed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated cheese

Cook onions in large skillet with butter until tender. Stir in rice, chicken, broccoli and soup. Pour into buttered shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish; top with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
