HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. hot pepper
3/4 c. green & red bell pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple vinegar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo

Grind pepper using fine cutter. Mix pepper, sugar and vinegar and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Add Certo and mix well. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal. Good with meats and vegetables.
