HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, finely ground
1 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 sm. bottle Certo

Combine all ingredients except Certo in large pan. Bring to fast boil; cook 3 minutes. Add Certo; bring back to fast boil; cook approximately 10 minutes. Skim. Pour in jars and seal.
