BROCCOLI SALAD 
4-5 stalks broccoli
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. very thinly sliced and chopped red onion
1 carrot, shredded
3 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix vinegar, sugar, and mayonnaise. Use only flowerettes of broccoli. Mix all ingredients with dressing and refrigerate at least six hours.
