HARMONY PIE 
CRUST:

1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. cocoa
3 drops of peppermint extract or 6 crushed peppermint candies

Combine all ingredients. Press into a 9 inch pie plate, reserving 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top of the pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.

FILLING:

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. heavy cream

Cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Slowly add cream, mixing thoroughly. Freeze and break into chunks and beat until smooth. Repeat the freezing and beating and then pour into the chocolate mint crust.
