QUICK RICE PUDDING 
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 c. cold milk
1 c. cold, cooked rice
1/2 c. raisins
whipped topping
maraschino cherries

In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat for 1 to 2 minutes until well blended. Stir in rice and raisins. Spoon pudding into individual bowls. Chill. Garnish with whipped topping and a cherry.

Yield: 6 servings.
