DELICIOUS QUICK RICE PUDDING 
1 c. cooked rice (leftover rice is easiest)
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. raisins

Combine ingredients and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. 6 servings.

Excellent recipe, I doubled amounts and it is creamy and delicious. Omitted raisins, and used nutmeg instead of cinnamon.
